• We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all catering orders.

• Last-minute catering requests may be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us at 902-240-0800 to discuss your needs.

• Changes or cancellations must be made directly with Hungry Bowl by phone at 902-240-0800 or by email.

• Prices do not include HST (14%).

• A 15% service charge will be applied to all catering orders. This fee helps cover order coordination, food preparation, packaging, setup, and event support. This service charge is not a gratuity.

• Delivery fees are charged separately and are based on location:

• Halifax: Starting at $20

• Dartmouth: Starting at $30

• Other areas: Quoted upon request

• Full payment is required before delivery or pickup unless otherwise arranged.

• Orders cancelled policy:

– 48+ hours notice 25% charge will apply

– 24 hours or less 50%  charge will apply

– Same day notice 100%  charge will apply

• Additional charges may apply for disposable cutlery, serving equipment, chafing dishes, staffing, or special event requirements.
